Ralph E. Duncan,88, of Providence, KY passed away on Wednesday November 1, 2023, at his home with his family by his side.

Mr. Duncan was born on July 5, 1935, in Shawneetown, IL the son of the late Mr. Elmer Duncan and Mrs. Agnes Nolen. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Cyndy Duncan (Randy) Brown, a grandson in law, Dustin Ray, and his brothers, Bobby, Carl, and Cloney Duncan.

Mr. Duncan is a member of the Providence First Baptist Church, he had a green thumb and enjoyed gardening, he was an avid UK fan and enjoyed watching sports, he cooked and enjoyed big Sunday dinners with his family, most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family and taking care of his wife.

He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Joyce of Providence; two sons, Ricky (Kerrie Rich) Duncan of Mulfordtown, KY; Jeff (Darlene) Duncan of Rabbit Ridge, KY; eleven grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM on Thursday November 2, 2023, at the Providence First Baptist Church with Bro. Mack Gibson officiating with burial to follow in the Lakeview Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 12:00PM until the service hour at the church.
