Nancy L. Watson,79, of Providence, KY passed away on Wednesday February 12, 2025, at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville.

Mrs. Watson was born in Dalton, KY the daughter of the late Mr. Harold Grimes and Mrs. Ruby Mae Pruitt Grimes. She was preceded in death by her husband Jackie Watson, her children, Anita Adams, and Brian "Bubby" Ray. Her siblings, Geraldine Cline, Carolyn Hill, Marvin, Walter, and Darrell Grimes, her stepdaughter, Kimberly Watson Little.

Mrs. Watson enjoyed spending time with her family.

She is survived by her daughter, Paula (William Grider) Mayes of Providence, KY; her son, Paul Anthony (Roxanna) Ray of Clay, KY her stepson, Brad (Debbie) ; her sisters, Kitty (Ray) Crook, Regina (Raymond) Kelley both of Dawson Springs, KY; Ravena (Bobby) Marks of Athens, AL; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM on Tuesday February 18, 2025, in the Lucille Melton Memorial Chapel with Bro. Frank Hill officiating with burial to follow in the Lakeview Cemetery.

The visitation will be held on Monday February 17, 2025, from 4:00PM until 7;00PM and from 9:00AM until the service hour on Tuesday at Lewis Funeral Home LLC.
