Marvin Wesley Sisk, 78, of Stoney Point went to his heavenly home on Saturday November 1, 2025, Marvin was born on June 15, 1947, the son of the late Mr. Woodrow Sisk and Mrs. Mary Vance Sisk. He was preceded in death by his infant brother William Loman Sisk.

He was a member of Silent Run Missionary Baptist Church, and he was born again on October 22, 1988, and served the Lord in so many capacities. He retired from General Electric where he served three terms as President of the local 701 IUE-CWA, He was a volunteer for H.R. Ministries where he taught classes and shared the gospel with inmates in KY and TN prisons.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years Lynne, three daughters, Stephanie (Kent) Crane of Flowery Branch, GA; Gina (Jason) Robinson of Dalton, KY; Marci (Jarrod) Ashby of Camden, TN; eight grandchildren, and four great grandchildren, and one on the way. Two brothers, John Sisk of Madisonville, KY and Larry Sisk of Florida.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday November 5, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Silent Run Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Harrell Riley, Bro. Tim Morgan, and Bro. Jamie Daugherty officiating with burial to follow in the Silent Run Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Tuesday November 4, 2025, from 5:00PM until 8:00PM and from 9:00 AM until the service hour on Wednesday at the church.

Memorial contributions can be made to H.R. Ministries, The Gideons, or Silent Run Cemetery Fund.
