Joshua Brian Ray,32, of Providence passed away on January 27, 2022, in Hopkinsville, KY.

Josh was born on February 12, 1989, in Madisonville, KY the son of the late Brian Ray and Charlotte Beard. He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Patricia Simmons King, and his grandfathers, Jack Watson, John Rae Simmons.

Josh was of the Pentecostal faith, he enjoyed being on the go all of the time, playing his guitar.

Josh is survived by his sisters, Amy Clevenger of Grand Rivers, KY; Maeghan Ray of Evansville, IN; Allysa Beard of Henderson, KY; his brothers, Logan Ray of Illinois, and Jacob Beard of Evansville, IN; his grandmother, Nancy Watson of Providence, KY and his grandfather, Paul Ray of Clay, KY; and one niece, and five nephews.

Funeral services will be on Wednesday February 2, 2022, at 1:00PM in the Lucille Melton Memorial Chapel at Melton Funeral Home with Bro. James Parrish officiating with burial to follow in the Lakeview Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 11:00AM until the service hour.
