James Harold "Pete" Utley,67, of Providence passed away on Tuesday August 16, 2022, at St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville, IN.

Mr. Utley was born on March 10, 1955, in Providence, KY the son of the late James Delmar Utley and Nellie Joyce Utley.

Mr. Utley was a member of the Christ Temple Church in Providence, he enjoyed playing music, and fishing.

He is survived by his wife, Kathy Hogan Utley of Princeton, KY; his daughters, Leslie Utley , Amy Michelle Utley and Amy Morris all of Madisonville, KY; two sisters, Brenda Anderson of Madisonville, KY; Linda (George) McNary of Providence, KY; , two brothers, Keith (Naomi) Utley of Providence, KY and Steve (Cricket) Utley of Manitou, KY;  and eleven grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at Pleasant Valley Cemetery on Friday August 19, 2022, at 2:00PM with Bro. Richard Sorrells officiating.

Melton Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
