Evadene Hibbs,94, of Providence, KY passed away on Thursday July 10, 2025, at Shemwell's Healthcare in Providence.

She was born on September 21, 1930, in Clay, KY, the daughter of the late, Mr. Roy L. Heriges and Jewel Edwards Heriges. She was preceded in death by her husband, Anford Hibbs Sr, her son, Anford Hibbs Jr, her brothers, Charles, Buddy, and Jim Heriges her grandson, Jeff Gobin.

She attended The Well in Providence, KY; she enjoyed cooking and entertaining friends.

Mrs. Hibbs is survived by her daughter, Liane (Gary) Cole of Princeton, KY; her grandchildren, Bill Gobin, Chris (Shelley) Gobin, Leslie (Brandon) Livingston; her great grandchildren, Lilly Gobin, Lexie Gobin, Avery Head, Alex (Saxon) O'reilly , Jonathan (Shannon) Gobin, Alia Gobin, and Aireol (Jeremy) Boston; her great great grandchildren, Sadie O'Hara, Jagger Boston and Presley Boston.

Funeral services will be held on Monday July 14, 2025, at 2:00PM in the Lucille Melton Memorial Chapel at Lewis Funeral Home LLC with Pastor Tim Rigdon and Pastor Terry Rigsby officiating with burial to follow in the White Oak Cemetery near Clay.

Visitation will be held from 11:00AM until the service hour at the funeral home on Monday July 14, 2025.
